Once you find the bit you want to try, select Try Now, and pay the trial fee. If you decide to keep the bit, the trial fee is credited towards the cost of the bit.  The 30-day trial starts when you place your order. The order will be processed immediately so you will have plenty of time to try the bit.

When you receive the bit, carefully remove any tags and hold onto them, as you will need to include them in your return.

Give the bit a try, remember to keep it clean and free of scratches or any other damage, all bits must be returned in “like new” condition.

IF YOU LOVE IT…

Do nothing more but enjoy a new communication tool for you and your horse!

When the trial period ends, your credit card will be automatically charged the remaining cost of the bit minus the trial fee.

IF YOU DON’T LOVE IT…

Place the clean bit and original tags back in the package that was mailed to you, seal it up, and attach the included return shipping label to the package. 

Drop the package at USPS/UPS store (depending on original shipping method) postmarked BEFORE the end of the trial period. 

Send an email to support@bitperfect.com to let us know the bits is on its way back.  

If the bit is not post marked before the end of the 30-day trial period, you will be charged the remaining cost of the bit, there are no returns on trial bits once the trial period ends.

Q. Can I trial accessories?

A. No

Q. What happens if the trial bit is lost/stolen/damaged?

A. You will be charged for the remaining cost of the bit. You are responsible for anything that happens to the bit the during the trial.  

Q. How many bits can I take on trial at a time?

A. Up to three (3).
