The Myler® Low Ported Barrel Narrow Flat Shank with MB 43LP mouthpiece is a Level 2-3 bit designed for horses with intermediate to advanced training that are showing resistance in Level 2 mouthpieces but are not ready for a Level 3 mouthpiece. One step below Level 3, the 43LP mouthpiece applies a rotational pressure onto the outside edges of the tongue when the reins are engaged, while the low port offers tongue relief. Independent side movement allows the rider to isolate one side of the bit for bending, balancing or lifting a shoulder. Stainless steel with sweet iron mouth and copper inlay.
